It is a rainy day here. So, we broke out the paints! We decided to do mirror image painting. I highly recommend using a thick layer of paint to ensure a great final product!
The butterfly
First: paint the number three onto a piece of paper.
Second: Fold the piece of paper in half.
Third: press paper down rubbing firmly.
Fourth: Open in up!
Fifth: Enjoy the picture!!
The Heart
First: Make three lines in the shape of a heart.
Second: Fold paper in half, rubbing firmly to transfer the paint.
Time to get creative!
Here is what happens when you let the kids go wild!! Lots of fun!!! Who says rainy days have to be boring!!
