What a windy day it was today…perfect day to talk about the wind. I gave the boys each a basket and told them to collect 10 items that were smaller than their hand. We created a poster that had two sides to it: a “yes” side and a “no” side. We pulled out the hair blower and each boy got a turn to try and blow their object across the room. They absolutely LOVED trying this. It was fun to try and guess which object would be “blown” over to the other side. Even mommy got a couple wrong!!
Some ideas for objects are located below. My youngest needed a little bit of prompting, but he definitely got the hang of it at the end!!
This activity was a success for sure! Even at bedtime when we were talking about the day, they both had big smiles on their faces and told me it was the best part of the day!! Home school success! Have a good one!
